Your questions before you start
How does it work?
You forward your enquiry emails to a dedicated mailbox created for your agency. Everything is then available in the GestionEstate interface: applicants, applications, replies and documents. No configuration of your environment is required. If you wish, you can set up automatic forwarding of your emails to our tool.
Do I need to give my credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial is free and requires no credit card. At the end, you choose a plan if you want to continue. Otherwise, you are not charged anything.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It remains yours. Each customer has a dedicated email address and its own database: your data is never mixed with another customer’s. On simple request, it is permanently deleted, in line with the GDPR.
Can the AI send a wrong reply to an applicant?
You can edit a reply before it is sent, or let the tool send it automatically. Every reply is logged with the rule applied and its rationale.
Which listing sites does it work with?

Do I need to change my property management software?
